BACKGROUND: about bobby: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

WISH: Currently, things are pretty okay. The biggest thing he would ask for is that the mutants who are out on their own, and even the ones who aren't and know how to take care of themselves, are kept safe - especially since anti-mutant sentiment is still on the rise, and doesn't look like it will be calming down any time soon. All Bobby wants is for other mutants to be safe from harm. 

FIT: Although he's only recently accepted being and has come out as gay, Bobby has already begun setting the stage for finding a relationship with someone else - signing up for a dating site and talking to his ex-girlfriend, Kitty, about everything being the main parts of this. Signing up to find someone to date and his past relationships with other women indicates that Bobby would be extremely comfortable with being intimate with others, either in a platonic manner or otherwise, especially if it's to help the city and to have a wish granted in return. Otherwise, Bobby is an X-Man, he's all about being nice to others and helping them where he can, and isn't exactly the meanest mutant around either - mostly just tactless, especially when he thinks he's being funny. In this, Bobby would be a perfect fit for the city.

CONSENT: Bobby has been mind-controlled plenty of times in the past, and thus consent is a big thing for him. To break it himself would be the worst thing he could do, and he'd follow the consent rules even without the knowledge that he would get kicked out of the city for breaking them. He isn't about that life, and isn't about to be even in a completely new world. Plus, superheroes aren't about to go around hurting others. It goes against everything he stands for.

POWERS/ABILITIES: He's a mutant, one who is at Omega-level, so he has quite a list of powers!

thermokinesis — he can lower is internal & external body temperature.
    thermal vision — he can see heat signatures that others give off, due to the absence of heat around him.
cryokinesis — the main ability that gives him the name iceman! he can manipulate ice, snow, and cold temperatures. he can turn water into ice at will, project his consciousness through moisture molecules and reform his body at the destination, and he can spread his consciousness through the icy matter and perceive all events occurring within it.
    organic ice form — bobby can turn himself completely into ice, which allows him to heal himself and gives him super strength, rendering him virtually indestructible.
    hydrokinesis — he can manipulate water at a molecular level, and can use surrounding moisture to augment himself, allowing him to travel within large bodies of water very quickly. even if he is reduced completely to water, he still retains consciousness.
      ice clones — he can make clones of himself made of ice!
